Frazier Russell is a core faculty member of The Writers Studio, a private school for writers located in Manhattan. In 1996 his chapbook novella, Fweivel: The Day Will Come was published by Ridgeway Press. He is also the author of a biography of Ernest Hemingway for young adults (Ernest Hemingway: Romantic Adventurer, Kipling Press, 1988). Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Mad Alex Arts Foundation. He lives with his wife Stephanie, an artist, writer, and cultural activist, in Brooklyn, New York.
