Debra Spark is the author of three novels, including Coconuts for the Saint and Good for the Jews. She has written for Maine Home+Design, the New York Times, Food and Wine, the San Francisco Chronicle, Yankee, and the Washington Post, among other places. She is also the author of Curious Attractions: Essays on Fiction Writing and the editor of the anthology 20 Under 30. She teaches at Colby College and in Warren Wilson College’s MFA Program for Writers.
